Hello, I am Praful Sanap, your Host & Dost for The Muscle Cage Fitness, Physical Fitness center. I have Educated myself in the fields of Management & Hospitality Services.
Since my teenage years I have been passionate about fitness and soon I started my journey as a freelance fitness trainer. I am Proud to announce myself a Certified Fitness Coach with International Certification in the fitness industry.
My Vision is to make more and more people Fit and Healthy and then Being a proud owner of The Muscle Cage Fitness i stepped towards opening a Gym of my own.
